My daily game plan is to try and cut my day into 4 parts - drinking one 16 oz bottle during each phase. So I wake up and drink a bottle, then set another bottle near myself so I can work on that during the next few hours, and so on. I try and be done with it an hour or so before bed though because on those days I've forgotten that I've been up several times at night.
You should try infusing your water! Add Strawberries, cucumbers, lemon, mint, or oranges. It can be fun and it's much easier for me to drink 'flavored' water versus regular plain old water.

I do not like water unless it is very cold and I am very hot. So......I drink a lot of Crystal Light. Only 5 calories per serving. But my friends say the aspertame is not good for me. Does anyone really know the facts about aspertame?
I really need to start drinking a glass as soon as I wake up. I have one of those little bobble water bottles with the built in filter next to my bed, I just have to remember to fill it up! Thanks for the reminder.

Can never get too much advice on drinking more water!! I always fill a glass before I go to bed and when I get up to get my phone in the morning I drink the whole thing right away. Granted, I also live in Florida, so with the heat, I HAVE to drink a lot :)

My tips are to drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up. Fill a washable water bottle with water and keep it full all day. Drink sips out of it all day. If you don't like plain water you can try crystal light 0 calorie flavored water packets for a few glasses. Or just add lemon. And whenever you get hungry drink water first. You may just be thirsty.
