Yes sometimes it feels sore. I have tried a couple stretches and it helps temporarily but then comes back. Thanks for answering!

Tinging usually suggests somethings getting pinched. Are you feeling any pain or soreness? Have you tried stretching the area?

Hi. A couple weeks ago after Zumba toning I started to feel a weird tingling sensation in my left shoulderblade. It still comes and goes, almost feels like it's asleep? By the middle of my back. Has anyone else ever had this happen and what did you do about it?
