I agree. It does seem to get harder as we get older but it can be done.

You go girl. It's never too late. It takes courage to admit you are overweight and are going to do something about it. You already know that it's not easy but it will be worth it. I feel so much better and have so much more energy. That hasn't been the case for a long time. You stay strong and go for it!! emoticon
