okay thanx. for me, sometimes all I need to do is just turn off the monitor.

I think I'm gonna try and do that more often.

thanx.

I sometimes find I have to turn my computer off and put it away out of sight and force myself to do my housework/laundry/bills/workout. I always *think* I can quickly check Facebook and then do it, but I always get sucked in and spend more time than I was planning to. I also will make a deal with myself, that if I do these three chores I can take a computer break. It's like a little reward for getting the laundry/housework done.

I have alot of things that need done but I'm having problems with time management.

mostly, I get distracted by so many community forums or whatever.

ideas and advice to NOT be so addicted to them?
