I tried fat burner pills once and the only thing that got skinny was my wallet.

My doctor recommended green tea. It might help boost my sluggish metabolism. However he meant TEA.

IMO if it sounds too good to be true then it usually is !! those things only take your money !!

If unopened, return the bottle and ask for a refund. There is no research showing that green tea supplement burns fat, helps with weight loss, etc.

I agree with the other responses as well. Any over the counter pills that claims to burn fat fast is a crock of crap in my opinion. Years ago I got lured into buying an "all natural" fat blasting/excess fat absorbing supplement. Thought it would be a good way to kick start my weight loss when I first got started. After 2 days of taking the pills I felt dizzy and lightheaded, had heart palpitations and a weird fuzzy/shaky feeling in my brain. Ever since then, I swore off any type of weight loss pills. At worst they're harmful, at best they're simply ineffective.

No one needs to buy anything that claims to boost their weight loss. What you have to do is eat less, eat better, and be more active. It's a simple equation of burning more calories than you're consuming. The best way to burn fat is to build more muscle and that's not something that comes in pill form. That being said, drinking straight up green tea has a lot of great health benefits so feel free to incorporate that into your daily routine if you like!

Good luck!

I have to agree with the previous poster, ive tried a few different diet pills in my lifetime and none of them ever helped me lose weight on their own and when I stopped taking them I usually gained the weight back and some extra. The only thing that has ever worked for me is watching what I put in my mouth and moving my butt exercising.

Scam. Nothing can "burn fat" but your body, exercise, and daily living. There is nothing you can put in your body (especially not over the counter) that will "burn fat" without any effort on your part.

I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts somewhere on that bottle or that company's website you'll find "when combined with diet and exercise" in some variation.

The only thing these suckers will cause to lose weight is your wallet.
