I'm active..did 8.6 miles on recumbent bike 40 min..But with that great news..I'm brain dead as far as techy things go..I wonder would you know what I can get to listen to music as I work out..something that has ear phones..or what ever they are called..(see I'm not up on all the new stuff)..and reasonably priced would be nice..too how do I download the type of music that I enjoy ? I need a pre kindergartner brain..and I just don't have it for all these gadgets.

I am on several groups and I only know people a little on 2 of them. I sure like the idea that the people here seem pretty active. I'm tired of the 40-50 crowd that aren't active.

It's money in the bank for the real senior years : ))

What I actually mean by these remarks is only few of my good friends regularly work out.

I have been walking more now that I got a apple nano that I can listen to pod-casts on.

I also have walked in the neighborhood or by the lake trail with a new friend on Saturdays,

I also have a bike and some exercise equipment. It does that a mental kick in the tush to do this stuff independently without classes and that sort of thing.

Maybe I'll get it figured out how to custom the stats on my page. To me much of it is confusing. emoticon
