Go ahead and start one anew. I had a team challenge for one month and was successful not having any pop during that time. The night before I was done, I realized that I didn't even want any!! That was January 31, 2009! It's not good for you, you save oodles of money and drink more water which is good! I encourage you to take the challenge! You won't regret it!
