I know this is not much but It made MY day... yesterday I was wearing my favorite pair of jeans and as I was getting to the kitchen my jeans were literally falling off they were have way down to my bootie and my hubby laughed and said babe I think its time to put those up...I was so excited that I have finally seen a change....and the best part is that there is so many more changes to come...

I can do this, I will do this....

Congrats! You are doing well, and are losing at a rate that is sustainable over the long term - 1.5 pounds a week. Keep on tracking, because that is what keeps the calories out of your mouth, and off your hips!!!

You are off to a Great Start! You are SO right about it being a terrific life change"" - not diet. I have been on it for 3 months and I never feel deprived. I feel inspired! It's all the positiveness of the program and the wonderful Spark friends who are on the journey with me! It really does work and I'm glad you found this web site. Keep up the good work and have FUN(because it is)!

12.6 pounds lost in my first 8 weeks ........ I am thrilled!
I love to eat...and the best part about this program, is I still am eating! And great foods!
I called my daughter last night to tell her......and I could hear it in her voice "what scheming diet are you on now mom" (what are you taking???) as I have tried just about everything on the market.
I was so proud to say.......I'm just doing it the good old fashioned way. watching what and how much I eat and tracking every bit of it. She even suggested I tell her husband what I am doing :)
It feels like a lifestyle change instead of a diet..... I am very grateful
thank you!!
