I know this is not much but It made MY day... yesterday I was wearing my favorite pair of jeans and as I was getting to the kitchen my jeans were literally falling off they were have way down to my bootie and my hubby laughed and said babe I think its time to put those up...I was so excited that I have finally seen a change....and the best part is that there is so many more changes to come...
I can do this, I will do this....

12.6 pounds lost in my first 8 weeks ........ I am thrilled! I love to eat...and the best part about this program, is I still am eating! And great foods! I called my daughter last night to tell her......and I could hear it in her voice "what scheming diet are you on now mom" (what are you taking???) as I have tried just about everything on the market. I was so proud to say.......I'm just doing it the good old fashioned way. watching what and how much I eat and tracking every bit of it. She even suggested I tell her husband what I am doing :) It feels like a lifestyle change instead of a diet..... I am very grateful thank you!!
