You could replace with 100% Whole Wheat tortilla or check the different brands of bread and find a better alternative to your current brand. Research is key.

hi, thanks for the early welcome and inspiration, it's much appreciated !! I have joined the local gym and am really enjoying it, i try to vary my exercise not to get board with the same thing, I go swimming once a week, do a circuit training class once a week and go to the gym twice a week, so hopefully combining the healthy eating and the exercise i will lose the weight, i will have to try and find something to substitute bread with, that's my down fall, any suggestions?

First, here is an early welcome to the USA!!! And we are flattered that you are trying to look your best for us! Nothing too scary about eating better and working out. Find healthy foods you like and fitness sports you like, do both and BOOM - you lose weight.

The great thing about Sparkpeople is you can easily track your food intake so that you quickly figure out the foods that are really, really full of calories and limit those. Best of luck!

It's not as daunting as you may think. At first, yes, it does seem that way. But after a week or so, you get into a routine and you understand how everything works. If you need any help, please feel free to contact me if you need any help with anything. Good luck on your journey!

Wow this feels very daunting, but I'm ready to commit, I'm coming to USA for a holiday in June and would like to lose 14lbs before I come, I'm gonna need a lot of support
