I didn't have a good experience with NutriSystem. I did get a great start to losing my 80 pounds at Weight Watchers. But then I found SparkPeople and got all the way to goal. And it didn't cost me anything. Well, now I did pay for a year of SparkCoach, but if budget is tight it isn't necessary, but it is good. Try the SparkPeople meal plans, changing out anything you don't want. It is great!!

The most important thing is to change your lifestyle to a healthy one. Ask yourself if these plans do that. I believe this website has what you need.
Joining Spark People is one of the best things you can do and it is free. You can get exercise plans, meal plans, encouragement, education, etc. on this sight. I don't like to have to pay for Weight Watchers or Nutri-System; I only pay for a gym membership. Check out Spark and see what you find on this site; you may like it. Whatever you choose, be wise, stick to it and you will get results!

WOW, to decide which way to go for losing weight........I am being over whelmed......joined Nutrisystem 10 days ago, and seem to be living it and doubts of weight loss programs 24-7.....getting stressed out.....thinking of canceling NS, I think I got the gest of things I need to do.....without having to pay for it.....just venting.....wondering if joining weight watchers is the way to go----just turned 70- and learned I developed type 2, .......also hoping that my joining sparks was one of my better choices so far.....
