A few years ago I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic, I saw a diabetic councelor, tested 3-4 times a day all numbers under 120 1 hour after. Stopped testing went off my diet. Fast forward 4-5 years. Am strating to retest, numbers seem OK Mainly between 100 and 120 (none higher). My concern is my morning number, it's always the highest. Wxample this morning I tested at 8:30 it was 108, half hour later (at 9:00) 119, I ate a rather large breakfast (for me large) and 1 hour later (at 10:00) 124 (the highest ever). Again I tested at 11:00 (2 hours after I ate it was 88? I am tol\tally confused
