I am still on target after joining this past Dec. There were a couple days when I would try 'banking' nutrition for a special night out with family and friends. There were even 2 weeks where my weight absolutely stayed THE SAME.
Then I have learned that meeting all nutritional requirements are not easy for me. So, some days I'll have a bit more fat than others, or not enough calcium, or not enough protein. But I kept my eye on the prize and kept going on to the next day ...and the next day. I am feeling BETTER, SLEEPING BETTER, and I am only 2 pounds from loosing my first 20 pounds. And the part I like the best about all this is I HAD TO EAT MORE AND MORE FREQUENT. The healthy food tastes so good. But I know there are lots of hot dogs and hamburgers after this life...(eehehheee).
