I'm not bright enough to notice. But when I do it seems to be healthy foods and red meats (I tend to think sugar-y cravings are par for the course and haven't noticed them being worse at that time of month).

Same for me this past Monday. I ate a frozen banana with unsweetened cocoa. It satisfied my cravings.. emoticon

Same here. I had three fun size snickers yesterday. They didn't even taste good to me. But I couldn't stop.

Me too, I crave for every food under the sky! emoticon Chocolate and ice cream always top the list, so I include either of them into my plan for the day and enjoy my treat.

Alright, is it just me, or do you crave everything under the sun as that time approaches. I seriously should not be hungry and I should not want anything to eat today, yet I am craving everything. UGH
