I love the challenge of this. I think I'm a bit more hands on and I feel accomplished when it flips. Also I think a lot of hands on activities like this are great because you are utilizing a lot of big and small muscles and incorporating balance into strength training.

Whatever works! As long as you're using proper lifting form, and are taking care of your back, what matters is that you're having fun! I'd love to do crossfit. I've done some stuff, but the tire isn't one of them.
