You might like the workout generator tool. You click on the fitness tab of the start page, and it should be right there. You enjoyed the 5k plan, but that's based on having a goal of some kind. Believe me do I ever understand the frustration of people telling me to set goals. I was really not self directed when I was younger. One thing I am working toward now is being able to do a pullup, but I haven't made a lot of gains in that area.

Another great resource I just ran across last night was a fitness program for kids who are going skiing for the first time. I assume you're not a 4th grader, but it was 6 weeks of alternating strength, cardio, and skills training. Google ski utah locals and it's under the 4th grade fitness program. I'd give you a link, but it's not showing up on my iPad.

I don't. Want to run a 5k i just liked that it told me what to do and for how long. I like checklists so i can show the success. It was structured. I have a treadmill, dumbells, resistance bands, and an exercise ball and ski fitness with no board. My goals are to just feel better. I do have weight to losebut 1st i want to start exercising.

while you are sitting on the couch try surfing the net for workouts. You might find one that sounds interesting enough to try. Also surf for interesting good healthy recipes to try. By doing thess things it might motivate you to do something. Park your car the farthest away in the parking lot and walk to the store. Do that each time you go. take the stairs when you can. Put on music and dance around the house. Do anything just get moving.

What are your goals? Do you want to run a 5K, are you trying to lose weight, or just get more fit? What do you think went wrong with the 10 minute challenge? It would also help to know whether you have access to a gym, or have any fitness equipment at home.

My advice would be to go outside and walk for a distance that works for your level of fitness, and do it 4 to 6 days a week.

Its been a stressful year and the couch has become my best and worst friend. I have browsed the communities; failed to do the 10 min challenge. I need day to day plan. I like the format of the 5k in 5 weeks format and was wondering if their are more like it that TELL you what to do maybe at a more beginner level. I don't know what to do on the other days of the week for cross training. I am completely lost at the moment but know that i have to get moving or i will never feel well or get out of this funk. Tell me what to do please
