Many sincere congrats on the weight loss. You've done a wonderful job. And an even-greater congrats for recognizing what those last six pounds are really about--vanity more than health.

Enjoy your break, your vacay and your time to think things through. Living in your new body may just be the best goal of all!

i am 6lbs from my goal weight.
BUT i am already at a healthy weight...so those last 6 lbs are "vanity lbs"

a knee injury over the weekend has/will force me to take a break from my normal fitness routine this week and next week i will be at DISNEY! and trust me i had already planned to take a break on vacation.

i am going to use this time to really think about what my long term goals are.
i want to really "live" in this new body (i have lost 46lbs since may) and figure out what weight/fitness level is ideal for me.
