Meal. I make a salad with turkey in it many days of the week for lunch. Filling and really good calorie-wise as compared to a turkey sandwich. I LOVE Light Miracle Whip and use that as my salad dressing on all my salads. For my lunch salad I use 2 cups iceberg and 2 cups leaf lettuce with 1/2 cup diced tomato and 2 oz turkey-I know that may be too much for you all but I need a large lunch! I add 1 tablespoon of the miracle whip and mix it all up with all the other ingredients then put it all in a big bowl and put 1 more tablespoon of Miracle Whip right on top and kind of mix that in as I eat. It is really delicious to me and filling! AND...I get all my veggies in one meal lol...
I always do mine as a main meal. I've learned to not use taco shells or tortillas....I just pile the lettuce on my plate, cover with the meat and mexican rice, little bit of cheese and some salsa!! LOL Might have to change my meal plan for this evening!!
