I have read that you shouldn't do tabatas more than 2 or 3 times a week, because it can ruin your joints. Do you think this is true?

I like tabata workouts. As a matter of fact, I did one today. One from the Fitness Blender site.

I've only read good things about them. Including that you shouldn't do them every day.
