Yes, any weight you lose from sweat suits is water weight that you'll regain as soon as you rehydrate again. Those suits are dangerous because of the risk of overheating. Same thing with summer- sweating more is not permanent weight loss.
I see some people with those silver heated suits when they exercise. Isn't that a waste of money. I mean, if you sweat more, you're just losing water, right? My husband said that during the summer he loses more weight because he sweats more, but that's not fat loss. What is your input on this?
