I plug in a VHS Richard Simmons tape once in a while; my teenage daughters just laugh their way through it as they try to keep up with me!

"Let's MOVE IT!" (Gotta get the DVDs. My VHS tapes are wearing out!)

Wow! I thought I was the only one that did them, and here you all do and like them too, I have 1 and 2 and Blast and Tone I just ordered a bout a week ago and it came in the mail yesterday, now I'm having a little dvd trouble so have to go get a new dvd player probably. But I have to keep moving at my age, or I stove up.

I love sweatin to the oldies too. I have 1,2,3 I noticed that some of the dance moves are very similar to some of the ones in zumba exhilirate. I think Richard was onto something along time ago huh emoticon

I bought my Richard Simmons Sweatin to the Oldies at QVC maybe a couple or three years ago. Check with them. Amazon might have them too. God Bless You and Have a Wonderful Week.
