Hi everyone! Well, I've decided ...finally...that I have to do something about my weight and overall health if I want to be there to see my grand kids grow up. I am 55 y.o. and am WAY out of shape. I am also going to be having abdominal surgery in a few weeks and Dr. suggested losing wgt. would help before the surgery. Oh well, comes with getting older, I guess, and am sure I am not alone. Anyway, just wanted to say hello and that I'll be rooting for all of you (and me) to reach our goals. Take care...send me a message if you'd like to and will answer as soon as I can.
