I'm short too and you are at my goal weight! I am just coming down from a long plateau and I just broke into the 140's. If you have a Spark page, please friend me - I would love to see what 117 looks like. Congratulations on the weight loss! Keep Sparking - it really does work!

Also this is the first time I've posted in this forum. I think before I was too big so expected the weight loss, whereas I worried I'd reached a bit of a plateu so am so delighted today

When I started trying to lose weight I was losing 1-2lb a week. It was great cause I kept seeing the moving numbers on the scales. Then I guess I got to a weight I was comfortable with (117 pounds - I'm a real shorty at 4"10), felt good in my clothes so introduced more treats into my diet and started binging ocassionally, and the figures got stuck for a good few weeks. Last week I even went up by a pound. So this week I tried double-hard, wanting to get back to 117 or even try to hit 116... jumped on the scales this morning and I'm down to 115!! SO happy :) Think this will give me motivation for the next week too!!!! :D:D:D
