I do the DVD at home they go over the steps a lot before they start to go super fast so it makes it a lot easier to pick up the moves!

Good for you! Do you take a Zumba class or do a DVD? I've been thinking about trying a class soon, but I am scared with my two left feet :-)

So I currently am trying to get toned and loose a few pounds before the summer timer. I am pretty small already but since obese people run in my family I always obsess about my weight. I am in fear that it will be me one day. I do Zumba almost everyday and bands and I see huge results in just two weeks! I wear a size 7 in juniors or a 5/6 depending on store and brand. I would like to drop one more pant size by the end of next month.
