Not for everyone, but I eat sardines almost every day for 16 grams.

I love chicken breast, so that's where a great deal of my protein comes from. I even eat it for breakfast sometimes.

Egg whites, lean meats, low or nonfat dairy products, TVP, tofu

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

any ideas for protein that dont add significant carbs too?
