Do you know if the instructor is certified or trained to teach water aerobics? If so, she should have other exercises to do for future classes. However, she may be limited with it being a community class - she may have limitations on what she is allowed to do (depending on the rules of the park and rec. guidelines). If she isn't trained, I would be concerned that she isn't offering a proper class, which can cause some injuries for some.

I am taking a water aerobics class through park and rec. Today, we walked against the lazy river current, and did lunges, forward and backward. Wondering if people know of other exercises I can suggest to my very young and enthusiastic but young teacher?
