Week 2 of reduced sugar intake. I have been so tired the last few days; maybe because of my sugar reduction, maybe cause I have been going to work earlier. Anyway, I have been reading labels and avoiding lots, Lots of foods. I was suprised how much had some form of sugar added. I still drink my cokes and have honey everyday. I wont stop using honey. It actually works. I dont use any artifical sugar. I dislike the taste and my body doesn't like the effects. I am hoping( wrong word; should be going to) cut down the sodas and by the end of the 4th week be back to drinking a soda every other day. Best wishes to us all.
