I get a headache from drinking sugared pop, or eating food with a LOT of sugar. (like fudge!).
Tylenol usually works on the headache, but the underlying problem is that my blood sugar is out of control. I would recommend getting that checked.

When I have too much sugar, I get a tummy ache, so I've been trying to cut down, not the opposite. I also feel crappy when I don't get enough water... I know that wasn't helpful, sorry

I've never had a sugar headache, but it is probably caused by a sudden change in your blood sugar level. One of the symptoms of a low blood sugar is a headache. Others can include blurred vision, "fuzzy thinking", weakness, shakiness, drowsiness, up to and including coma if it drops too low. If you consume large amounts of sugar at one time, your body makes a large amount of insulin to cover it, and then you "crash" when its gone.
I've never had that happen to me. Have you talked to a doctor about that? There could be an underlying issue...( this is coming from someone who works in the medical field). :)
