If I may recommend two sources for you; "Sully's Living Without" is a magazine which features recipes modified to suit multiple food allergies and might give you some good inspiration. "The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks Fast and Healthy" is a book which may be useful to you as well.
Meanwhile, one of my favorite recipes which fit your criteria is linked at the bottom.
If you have a gluten allergy you might want to get your oat products from Bob's Red Mill which makes sure theirs are GF. recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?
