Hi ERWINEC,
While I am not a dietitian or nutritionist, I am a tad concerned not with your food, your nutrition tracker is tops, but that you may be overestimating your caloric expenditure for the activities that you are doing. To burn 1200 plus calories for 180 minutes of activity is more than I burn running 12 miles. This doesn't mean that you aren't burning that many calories since I do not know your current weight, but it does seem inflated. When someone tells me that they are not losing any weight and they are eating healthy, I tell them to look at their cardio and strength training workouts and see if there can be some tweaks to be made.
I hope this helps!

Hi ERWINEC,
If you go to your SparkPage and click the Edit button, you will see the white SparkPage option box. On the right hand side of the page, you will want to check the boxes that read, "Show My Nutrition tracker" "Show My Fitness Tracker"...this will allow others to see your nutrition and fitness information.
I hope this helps!
