Know you are not alone, everyone struggles with weight issues at one time or another, some lucky people actually struggle with the need to gain weight. I am not one of the lucky people!!! Keep on struggling with the rest of us, it will someday pay off I hope!!!!!

When I need an extra boost, I look at the success stories and the Woo-Hoo msg board posts. Try that! Three reasons: 1) you can actually SEE that real, live people, just like you, are doing this & succeeding. 2) use imagery to imagine it's YOU making the same or similar post. 3) on the Woo-Hoo board, take the time / opportunity to encourage others. Because it's kind, helpful to them, and in the giving, you receive as well.
Good luck! We all struggle at times; it's not how much you struggle, but the fact that you keep going.

As the old song goes,"accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all the POSITIVE things you do for yourself and don't beat yourself up because you're not perfect.
You don't have to be perfect to be healthy. Every little bit DOES make a difference.

Focus on the Positive steps you are taking towards better health! Be aware of what you are adding into your Life in nutrition, exercise, and learning. Set realistic goals, and plan on how you will achieve them. Think "slow & steady".....it will get you further than you think!
Definitely don't get caught up in "deprivation" "have to's", "can't's"---that's all negative thinking and will drag you down.
Remember this is a Journey, and like all travels, there are unexpected detours.... AND...unanticipated good things will happen!! Just keep on your road.... All the Best--You Can do this!! patti
