I know the feeling, seems like I have been on this plateau forever. It seems for every two steps forward now there's one or two steps back. Very frustrating. I know when I went through this previously I started making sure I drank enough water. That seemed to kick in and make a difference. I agree stay with it, maybe change up the diet and exercise.

...stick with your plan and you'll see results in the long run! Don't get discouraged because before you know it you'll see the losses!

I know that it is more difficult to lose weight when you don't have as much to lose, but I don't seem to be doing anything lately. I have been eating within my calorie range and getting some exercise every day. Most days I walk at least 30 minutes. Still I have seen no loss on the scales for some time. It gets very discouraging, but I am determined to keep at it.
