Yup, working out and sex are probably the best ideas. Head banger music, as loud as possible with headphones works well also. Action movie, or any movie that will take your mind off life. If you have a hobby, hobby out. You can buy a heavy bag from WalMart online for less than $100.00. If you get the 60lb bag, you don't necessarily need to hang it. You can wrestle with it and go all MMA on it. Not a good idea for a 2nd floor apartment. Wine and a hot bath. Toys, wine and a hot bath. County fair, gambling, learn dancing a style not your normal - go to a country bar on the learn the dances night. Go to a polka party, square dancing, etc. You will be suprised how much fun being different can be. Take a girlfriend or whatever. Nobody minds 2 girls dancing to gether. Find a place where you can get a couple of free Karate lessons.
Doing something that doesn't involve too much thinking always help... and of course it has to be something you like... uhmm for me it would be walking my dogs, crocheting, cleaning/organizing my room (lol), baking cookies, cupcakes, muffins (well, this one might be counterproductive) but... well.. you get the idea. And yeah, getting drunk would definitely not help, don't do it :)
ok guys I need some help here. What do you do when you are seriously stressed? I want to dive into the junk food at times like this. I can't elaborate on what's wrong but you don't want to be me right now. I don't know what else to do besides eat. Any ideas? Thought about getting drunk but that's too many calories. It won't work anyway.
