Click on Account Preferences at the top left of your Start page, scroll down and uncheck the box that says "use metric". Click save changes and you're all set.

I've just noticed my Ticker is showing KG's when I set it up it shows Lbs, I prefer Lbs I understand it better, plus it says 50 Kg's when in reality its 50 Lbs!! I cant find a way to change it?? emoticon

A good way to learn your way around the site is to go to the points page. It moves you around the whole site as you go line item by line item.

It sounds like you're on the right track. The reason your calorie range is a little higher than I would have expected is because you've set your program for a very slow rate of weight loss (50 pounds over a year.) That's not a bad thing, but the slower you try to lose, the more you're allowed to eat. If you set your goal date closer, your range will go down.

Hi when I started on the 21st I was 18.5 stone and am looking to lose around 2.5 stone. I havent started my exercise routine yet but that starts tomorrow on monday. Mt recommended calorie range is 2060 - 2410, As of yet I havent managed to get into the 2000 range, but I'm never hungry, so i'm not underselling myself in quantity just calorie quality. My change in diet has included me stopping junk food crisps chocolate fizzy drinks. And I'm not picking like I used to do, I would eat pieces of cheese or slices of bread and butter.

This is my fourth day. and I'm still finding my way around the site. I'm liking it so far. Very well laid out and helpful. Once the snow has cleared I'm hoping to start my running which should help me shape up.
My main problem is eating enough cals emoticon since Monday I have cut out junk food crisps chocolate emoticon etc. I've stopped drinking coke etc. When I put my food in the tracker so far everyday I've been under 2000 cals!! and I'm not hungry, i tend to snack on fruit now but my cals are still under the recommendations?? emoticon I want to stick to the recommended but I dont know what to eat to help push the cals up. and is it a bad thing that I'm below?? I'm not hungry or tired? This dieting thing seems easy but confusing!
