This is my fourth day. and I'm still finding my way around the site. I'm liking it so far. Very well laid out and helpful. Once the snow has cleared I'm hoping to start my running which should help me shape up.
My main problem is eating enough cals
since Monday I have cut out junk food crisps chocolate
etc. I've stopped drinking coke etc. When I put my food in the tracker so far everyday I've been under 2000 cals!! and I'm not hungry, i tend to snack on fruit now but my cals are still under the recommendations??
I want to stick to the recommended but I dont know what to eat to help push the cals up. and is it a bad thing that I'm below?? I'm not hungry or tired? This dieting thing seems easy but confusing!
