You've heard the term sticker shock. You see the price of something and about faint. So where in your healthy life style journey have you had sticker shock........? For me it is several things. One is that it is hard to believe that I can do calf raises with 66 lbs. of weight on my barbell. Or do 50 lb. squats with my barbell. Also stepping on the scales and see what I actually weight........WOW.........So what is your sticker shock.....?
