I ordered a weights video that doesn't include aerobics. I also ordered a stability ball video for strength training. I will still do the step aerobics I just will do it without weights. thank you for your advice.

If you are getting bored during ST, you're likely not using heavy enough weihts to be challenging,
you can mix weights and cardio by doing a circuit, but doing both at the same time is a poor idea, since you're doing neither at the proper intensity.
I just ordered an aerobic stepper, weights and a video that combines weights and aerobic step off of amazon because I am barely getting strength training into my schedule and I thought I could 'sneak' it in this way, because I get really bored when doing strength training alone. My question is how do I track this? Do I track the aerobic step and the strength training separate?
