I know I haven`t been doing alot of posting,alot of health issue with stomach,but trying to keep up doing my walking,lots of stretching,also weights,I feel like I am ding good on all that,and with what I edema confidence is very good with all that,I am still very modivatied,even tho I did not meet my goal,also I am getting ready to move,so very busy,my stress level is still good most of the time. emoticon emoticon emoticon
