Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Yes It can be overwhelming but the important thing is to take things one step at a time, you don't have to do everything everyday. The trackers are something you should try to start using right away. (food and exercise trackers). Get familiar with everything here at your own pace and then join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like your interests/hobbies and/or maybe some health problems/risks you may have, and/or type in the first number of your age followed by a 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey.
