Ok, so it was only 1 day, not the greatest accomplishment ever but for me it is. I stuck to my menu, I went to 2 karate classes and worked an additional 20 minutes on my heavy bag at home. WHen my husband decided to eat a plate of jalapeno poppers for a snack, i drank a glass of water, grabbed a book, and went into another room. Sounds a bit cold but if that' what I have to do to avoid the temptation for now, that's what I have to do. I am proud of myself for making it.
