I know it's a late post, but hubby and I went to Long Horn last weekend, and instead of ordering the usual big fattening steak with fries and salad with ranch, I ordered off the 500 calories or less menu. I got a 7oz. flo's filet with steamed veggies, a salad with rasberry vinegeratee, and I skipped the bread. The bad news: I couldn't eat the salad. It was nasty. The steak was very good but not really enough to keep a june bug alive, and the veggies were edible, but not tasty. Afterwards, my stomach felt as if I hadn't ate anything, but I was happy, nevertheless, for having stayed on track.
