WEll, another day another workout down!!! YI-HA! although I am having difficulty eating the "proper" amounts of things. First it was that I ate to large of portions now I seem to not get enough..............?? How do I figure out what I should be eating and in what amounts for me?

so far........so good!!! I am up to 1 hour on the treadmill doing intervals!!! Who would have thought "I" could SWEAT like this!!! and I have found I can do weight training and treadmill in the sameworkout. weird.

Well, here I am once again. I plan on keeping on the positive path I am on. Maybe that was the problem before, I never followed thru! But now I plan on getting rid of this 40 pounds I've clung to for God knows why. I guess I was a firm believer in self punishment. But no more. I am glad to be back here where I know I will succeed!!!
Summer's not over yet! There's still plenty of time to tone up and bust out that swimsuit for one last hurrah. Get results in just 15 minutes per week with this plan--no excuses!
