I to am starting over and this time I am more motivate this time. I have started going to our gym and I am have so much fun there. I have 4 days at the gym now an d very excited about being there. So congratulations on on the 2lbs that you lost keep up the good work. I hope I can do the same
everyday we need to love ourselves and give ourselves a pat on the back to encourage ourselves.

Advice to you from a Sparkpeep who reached goal with Sparkpeople:
1. Use the Nutrition Tracker religiously. Keep your daily numbers for calories, carbs, fat, and protein within the ranges set by Sparkpeople.
2. Do 30 min cardio, 10 min (or less) strength training 5 days a week. I did monthlong Sparkpeople bootcamps. No guesswork at all. Just follow their directions.
If you do #1 and #2, you will be at 128 by next winter. Heads will turn and eyes will pop. Guaranteed!
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

I lost 2 lbs. Today and am so proud of myself it was a hard 2lbs. But i did it my first 2lbs. 48 left to go woohoo
