Wow , that's great ! Keep up the good work. Yesterday I I jogged for 30 min and later in the evening I walked for an hour. I tried the elliptical the other day. I don't know how you do it , I couldn't stay on for more than 3 min.

Well done. Just over a year ago I joined SP and lost 10 lbs which is what I wanted to do. Since April its been creeping back on and having finally moved I've put it all back on - so I'm building up to starting over again too. I'm rooting for you.

Okay so I lost over 20 lbs pretty fast, then I just stopped "really" trying. I'm starting over again today! I will keep track of how many calories I take in and how many I burn and I will work out 6 days a week. That is the way I did it last time. I started out at 180 my lowest was 152 then I went up to 159. I think this is a great website and I am looking forward to using this to help me with my goals. We'll, here I go!!!!!!!!!!!!
