Hi everyone, I am coming back to this after being away for a long time. In August I hurt my knee which required surgery. I couldn't have this surgery until December. I am just now being able to start exercising again. I have put on so much weight since August. I am feeling very overwhelmed with my body and can't wait to see the new and improved me. My goal is to loose 28 pounds by September. Today I did horrible with my diet plan, mostly because it is the weekend I think. However I was able to do my lower body strength exercises today. I have a couple of exercises that I definitely need to work on because my knee still isn't 100% but I gave it my best effort and I am proud I accomplished 35 minutes of exercising.
