Hi, I'm a 59 year old female who also is starting once again. Can't understand why I can't seem to just do what I need to do to lose weight. I've been to Weight Watchers over and over and over, and can't seem to stick with it. I follow the program for 12 or 14 weeks and see everyone around me losing weight, and I just lose a tiny little bit or lose and gain. Then I quit. Our son is getting married in 2013 and I really don't want to be the fat one in the photos. I need to lose 50-60 pounds. Good luck to you, and wish me luck too!

Hi I am 66 years old, female and have battled weight a good part of my life. I am 5' 7" and currently weigh 184 lbs.I would like to lose 30 pounds by Sept. My inspiration is a cruise with 2 of my siblinlgs.I recently lost my husband and am having a very difficult time coping with that. I have decided though I have to start to try to live again and getting weight off is a start.
