All right! You are back in the game and thinking up new strategies to keep the momentum going. Keep up the good work! You should get the recipes for the soup too so you can put it into the recipe calculator. Each month you should come up with a different dish to make and share. Share the recipes and at the end of the year, create a cookbook of your favorites from the group! You can share the recipes with the other Sparkpeople too. See what you've started!
It is great that you're back in the game! We all get distracted, lose focus and wander away from the goal but you've got a great start and look at you...three pounds already!

I loss 43lbs and got busy tried,however i have my motivation back.I have stared a soup swap at my job,My friends each brought homemade soup for lunch It was so much fun everyone tried each other soup and went home with containers of soup to freeze
