Hey, Hon! Welcome to spark! I (re-re-re-re-re)started my resolve to lose weight back in November, after losing about 10lbs after my dog had her puppies in July(July-late October is how long it took and bending and reaching and stretching to change newspaper bedding 3-8 times a day will really make one have to move around more!) The last puppy went to her new home in early November, and I just got sick and tired of being humungus. I started using spark again, and here I am!!! The thing is to not let "bad" days make you completely give up. Don't be any harder on yourself than you would be on your best friend who had a bad eating day. Focus on making more healthy choices than unhealthy ones, and you WILL be successful.

Like many other people I pledge to lose weight in 2013. I feel so motivated and ready to change my life that I cant wait to start! lol Now of course this is not the first time I have started this journey but I feel like I have a different mind set now. My first goal is to lose 53lbs by my 26th birthday in August. Of course I have alot more than that to lose but its a start!! Anyone else losing weight for your new years resolution??
I will graduate college for the second time and be under 200lbs!
