I have a Firm Stability Ball workout dvd.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

I love, love, love my stability ball. I use it for sit ups, back extensions, crunches and stretching my abs at the end of my workout.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.

You will find many videos on the internet with plenty of suggestions, just choose what you feel good doing. I have found some video inspiration on SP too:

What are some good workouts for stability balls and someone who has never used one before? I got one and have been seeing what I can do for fun, but am pretty unbalanced so far and don't want to fall off and into something again. Any ways to get used to these without hurting myself and suggestions for workouts would be appreciated. I already have one by Leslie Sanson I think that came with the ball. I am looking for more to get me used to the ball for the most part.
