So have you given in?? I did today. I am going through the big M and it is killing me. I was doing pretty good but I want to shake these last pounds. I went from 120 to 135 and it stinks. I love my yoga pants but need to get back into those skinny jeans. I should get it in 5-10 days.

I do this one:

about once a week, to shake things up. It is HARD. By the third set, well, let's just say it's not pretty.

In addition to being someone's wife, Rachel Cosgrove has her own identity and fitness credentials as the author of "The Female Body Breakthrough" and a co-owner of Results Fitness.

At my age of 76 I think it is a bit beyond my ability to complete however as a personal trainer who has reviewed it I think it is a fantastic programme. Rachel is the wife of the co author of "The New Rules of Lifting for Women/Men/Life" (Choose one of the three I have two of them) and knows her stuff. No one can challenge her credentials and track record.

The one created by Rachel Cosgrove would drive JM to tears but it will get quality results if done properly.

Yes, there's a few different versions. But I do the original from Men's Health 2-3 times a week and absolutely love it. It's tough and you definitely feel it everywhere, but it gets your heart rate up and is really effective!! I've been increasing the weight and adding more complex moves as the sets get easier.

Totally Recommend It!!!

Is that where you become a gladiator? Because while the guy with the whip would probably provide great motivation, I'm not sure it has a great safety record.
