Hello! I've always been interested in the lap band surgery, but my insurance wouldn't pay for it so it wasn't an option for me. Are you glad you had that done? Luckily, I seem to be on a plan that is working for me now and I'm feeling great!

You can do this! Sounds like you are back on track to meet your goal!! Good job!

I have been silently using sparks every since I had lap band in 2006. At that time I lost about 60 lbs. and was able to keep the weight off until recently. I gained 22 lbs in one year. I was taking pills that had side effects of weight gain. It just blind sided me. So, here I am at it again. I have lost 8 lbs since Jan. 16th. I am 69 years old and I have started to use the treadmill daily. I know I will feel so much better when I lose more. Take Care Diane
