So this is week 2 for me in logging and walking or trying to fit any work out into my schedule ...lol I was wondering if anyone did the above workout ...I figure since I wont be able to walk today ...I would do 3 sets of this workout that would give me 30 min of cardio ...is that good ...I mean I am trying and changing very slowly I just want to know if this really works and makes a difference ... I mean it is great for people who work in an office like myself at a desk all day but are the benefits as good as walking .....or other cardio. I would love to hear from ppl who have done this cardio workout.
